The Bothy

By clearing away a few old sheds, a hedge, and a coal bin, we unlocked the space to build a stunning 6m x 4m fully self-contained annexe. Complete with a lounge, fully fitted kitchen, bedroom, and ensuite bathroom, it added a valuable extra bedroom, reception room, and bathroom to the overall property—boosting both its value and versatility. Nestled neatly beneath a tall Christmas fir, the new structure blends beautifully into its setting, offering a far more attractive and unobtrusive feature than what stood before.
